The Medical School has good teaching and research conditions. Shihezi University campus area of 1.82 million square meters, a building area of 1.17 million square meters, a laboratory area of 150,000 square meters, green coverage rate of 43%. It has a well-equipped library, gymnasium, swimming pool, athletics hall, standard stadiums, halls and comprehensive teaching building, and several landmarks, and has four affiliated hospitals. Is HSK-4 Compulsory to Pass in 1st year ?

Shihezi University is MOE-listed Medical University to teach MBBS in English, hence HSK-4 is not required in the first year. Medical and Chinese language classes start at Shihezi University in the first year. Students must pass HSK-4 before the internship.

For undergraduate programs, a minimum of 60% in Intermediate is required, while postgraduate programs generally require a 3.0 CGPA or 70–75% marks.
